These delightful and secluded properties are 1 mile from Crantock village and just 5 mins walk along a level sandy path to Porth Joke, a safe sandy cove considered by many as one of the most unspoilt beaches in Cornwall. It is surrounded by idyllic National Trust land and is classified as of outstanding natural beauty and SS1 for rare flora and wildlife. There are no other properties in the immediate vicinity and the safe sandy beach is excellent for bathing and surfing. Crantock beach and Hollywell Bay (featured in the new James Bond film!) are large and excellent surfing beaches within walking distance.
